Ceva is a global animal health company focused on developing and marketing pharmaceutical products and vaccines for pets, livestock, and poultry. Ceva's brands include Adaptil, Feliway, Douxo, and Thundershirt.
Ceva wanted to offer a D2C channel for their brands and roll out the sites in over 10 countries per brand.
The company also wanted to build out a custom B2B site that allowed Ceva to white label and sell their animal medications to veterinary professionals across the US.
We started with a pilot project for Feliway's US business so Ceva could test Shopify. The pilot was successful and the business realised subscription could be a big channel for them.
We then built a new theme that could be used by each of Ceva's four brands, and started to roll out the theme brand by brand and country by country.
We have also built a B2B store for Ceva's US business.
Over the last 18 months, we've launched four different brands (Feliway, Adaptil, Douxo and Ceva B2B) on Shopify Plus, across eight countries. All sites are managed under a single codebase allowing for efficient management — any new section or improvement can be used by any of the sites.
