Ursa Major is a high-growth, US-based natural skincare brand that wanted to improve customer retention with a migration to Recharge.
We supported the migration to Recharge to collect better data about Ursa Major's customers. We then used browser, subscription, cancellation and order data to devise a list of recommendations for the Ursa Major team.
Our analysis included; funnel, cohort, sentiment and cancellation reasons.
Recommendations were prioritised focusing on low cost, high return ideas.
With a smooth migration to Recharge and our set up of cancellation flows, we helped Ursa Major make use of a much better platform to increase their number of active subscribers.
