Optimising retention using customer data
We supported the migration to Recharge to collect better data about Ursa Major's customers. We then used browser, subscription, cancellation and order data to devise a list of recommendations for the Ursa Major team.
Our analysis included; funnel, cohort, sentiment and cancellation reasons.
Recommendations were prioritised focusing on low cost, high return ideas.
