With a rocket ship product and more refined brand to implement, we started with a Customer Experience Strategy to get under the skin of who the Fold customer was and what was needed to drive their engagement onsite.
The outcome of this was an Experience Map and Definitions Statement that considered the home user, the prospective studio owner and the hospitality partner. This led to a design phase to create a site that delivered an exceptional customer journey for all of these core personas, whilst implementing a new look & feel for the brand.
We then built a lightweight custom theme for Shopify Plus that delivered a fast, mobile-optimised site experience that converts.
Results
A site to serve as the platform for their next stage of Fold's growth. We continue to work with the brand within both our Growth & Maintenance Retainer and also CRM Retainer, supporting across new features and functionality, as well ensuring an optimised Klaviyo is driving consistent revenue for Fold.
