Leader in home recovery, MyoMaster, needed a retheme to serve as a base for future growth. The existing site had accumulated technical debt and was becoming hard to manage and slow to load.

They needed a team who could work collaboratively to design and build a site that could quickly educate prospective customers and drive conversion of high-priced products like saunas.

Working closely with the one of the founders and Head of Marketing, we started the project with our Customer Experience Strategy workshop to map out the key persona this new site needed to speak to.

With the core range being high-priced with a lot of education needed, we designed out PDPs that could engage and answer questions through comparison tables, iconography, social proof and video content.

The brand continues to go from strength to strength, launching new products and capturing market share in a fast-growing space.
