Tileflair had seen digital rivals popup and challenge them from an online sales and brand perception standpoint. The current site was hard to use and failed to reflect where the retailer was or aspired to be.

The project was to move the perception of the brand into a more aspirational space, supporting with the design process for customers, and differentiating themselves from lower end & less prestigious national brands.

Working closely with the one of the founders and Head of Marketing, we started the project with our Customer Experience Strategy workshop to map out the key persona this new site needed to speak to.

With the core range being high-priced with a lot of education needed, we designed out PDPs that could engage and answer questions through comparison tables, iconography, social proof and video content.

The brand continues to go from strength to strength, launching new products and capturing market share in a fast-growing space.
