The challenge
The Reebok Smart Ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability, SpO₂ and stress, and pulls them into a single daily One Score, with no subscription needed for core data. Made from titanium, it comes in gold, black and silver and in sizes 6 to 14.
The launch had two challenges. Smart ring sizes are unique, so customers need the right fit before their ring can ship. And the go-to-market plan centerd on a partnership with F45, whose members needed their own route to buy, all on a tight timeline.
Solution
From sizing kit to ring, without friction.
We built the store on a new Shopify theme, designed for speed and storytelling and geared to ring sales. The product page explains what the ring tracks and how the One Score works, and steers customers to a free sizing kit before they choose their size.
Using Shopify Flow, we set up part fulfillment: the sizing kit ships first, and the ring follows once the customer has confirmed their size. An F45 landing page welcomed members, and the checkout recognized customers arriving from F45 and asked them to choose their studio. The store connects to ShipBob for fulfillment, CleverTap and Klaviyo for messaging, Flex for product protection and Awin for affiliates.
