Mili Paligoric Garcia is co-founder and chief operating officer of Apostle, the CRM consultancy Superco has invested in. She has worked in email and retention marketing for most of the past decade, across more than 150 brands.
About Mili
Mili co-founded Apostle with Glenn Cookson in 2025 and runs its operations, team and delivery. Her work covers email, SMS, loyalty and subscriptions for brands in the UK, US and Asia-Pacific, and she has worked as a fractional head of retention.
Before Apostle she spent nearly five years at the ecommerce agency Underground Ecom, rising from client manager to client director and joining its management team. She led work on brands including AG1, Dirtea, Hydro Flask and Osprey. Earlier roles include head of customer success at Autoklose and account manager at the email agency Essence of Email.
Before marketing she was a professional basketball player. She studied finance at Iona College in New York, where she played for the women's team, and later took a master's degree at the Belgrade Banking Academy.
