Tom co-founded Superco in 2020 to build a customer experience focused Shopify Plus agency in London.
Before Superco he spent four years in New York with GBG Loqate, where he helped launch the Addressy brand and led North American channel and partnerships, working with ecommerce teams on address verification at checkout. He began his career in film production in London.
He also invests in consumer brands and the technology behind them. He studied Chinese at the University of Manchester.
