Pet owners buy on repeat, so subscriptions, the right portions and easy reordering matter.
For Years we built the site on Shopify Plus, with a subscription quiz and the logic behind each plan. For Ceva Animal Health we put four brands, Feliway, Adaptil, Douxo and Ceva B2B, on one Shopify Plus codebase serving more than 20 sites in eight countries. We moved Naturaw from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus with a custom Recharge integration, a bundle builder and a trade area.
What we do
Subscriptions built around each pet.
We set up Recharge so customers can change quantities, delivery dates and products without contacting you, and we connect quizzes and product finders to the subscription. For brands that also sell to vets, retailers or breeders, we add B2B ordering.
We also run GROW Pet, our event for pet brand founders and teams, each October in London.
