About Olly
Olly founded Soar With Us in 2019 with Joe Marston, the year he graduated from Newcastle University in politics and economics. The agency runs Meta, TikTok and Google Ads for consumer brands, with an emphasis on producing a high volume of varied creative. It was named Agency of the Year at Triple Whale's Whalies awards in 2024.
He has built a small group around Soar. He co-founded For You Advertising, a TikTok agency, and Launch With Us, which works with earlier-stage brands. In 2024 Soar bought the creative agency Hambi Media. From 2022 to 2025 he was also chief marketing officer of JAQ Group Holdings.
He writes the D2C Delivered newsletter and hosts events for ecommerce teams.
