Shopify POS agency

We set up Shopify POS for brands with shops, showrooms and pop-ups, so stock, customers and orders are shared between the till and the website.

Shopify POS

Shopify POS puts the shop and the website on one system: one stock count, one customer record and one set of orders.

Running separate tills and an online store means two stock files, two customer lists and no way to sell what the shop has when the website has run out. Shopify POS runs on an iPad or phone, or on Shopify’s own card readers and terminals, and shares products, stock and customers with your Shopify store.

We plan the move around how your shops trade: which stock each location holds, how staff take payments and returns, how click and collect works, and which system, Shopify or an ERP, owns stock and prices.

Results

Rated 4.9 out of 5 from 58 reviews on Clutch.

Cordings: Magento to Shopify Plus, then an iPad-based Shopify POS in the Piccadilly shop in place of the old tills, with click and collect, ship to store and email capture at the till. We trained the team in London.

Allbirds: the Canada and South Korea stores moved from headless to a native Shopify theme the local teams run, with Shopify POS.

David M Robinson: click and collect mapped to its showrooms, with showroom and service pages and enquiry-only products for its most valuable pieces.

Tileflair: a Shopify Plus site with Kerridge ERP integration, so the business can follow customers between its showrooms and its website.

‘Their work ethic was incredible, and we felt like Superco was our team.’
