The challenge
Sanne makes every piece to order in its own atelier, with one artisan per garment. Customers choose from 39 sizes across Petite, Regular and Tall, which is a big decision to make on a screen.
The brand had outgrown Odoo as an online store. It needed a storefront that matched the quality of the clothes, helped customers find their fit with confidence, and sold to the UK, the US and the Gulf. It also had to move every product, customer and order without losing history.
Solution
Made-to-order luxury, fitted and styled online as it would be in the atelier.
We started with a brand immersion session with the co-founders and a customer experience workshop, which shaped the design and the roadmap after launch. We then designed and built a Shopify Plus storefront around Sanne’s story, including the Atelier and Sanneverse pages.
Fit was the priority. We integrated True To Form so customers can scan their body and get a size recommendation before they choose from 39 options. Bambuser adds a video concierge, so customers can speak to a Sanne adviser or join live shopping on Sanne TV. Shopify Markets lets customers pay in GBP, USD, EUR, AED or SAR.
We moved products, customers and order history from Odoo, set up passwordless sign-in for accounts, and used Klaviyo to update customers as their piece is made and shipped.

Impact
The result
Customers can now be measured, advised and fitted online, as they would be in the atelier. They can see who makes their piece, talk to an adviser on video and pay in their own currency.
Sanne launched on Shopify Plus in July 2026, and we continue to work with the team on growth.
