About Tom
Tom started his career as a coffee buyer and exporter in Tanzania, working with smallholder farmers and roasters. That work shaped how he thinks about supply chains, product quality and trust.
He moved into digital transformation in London, then founded Bean Auction, an online platform for buying and selling green coffee by auction, used by around 450 companies.
In 2020 he co-founded Superco with Tom Mucklow-Norell. Superco focuses on how customers experience a brand and its products, then builds the plan, technology and team to deliver profitable growth.
