Choosing a London Shopify agency

What to look for in a Shopify agency in London, and why location still matters. Superco's 33-person team works together from our office at Hatchers Mews, off Bermondsey Street in London SE1. Clients are welcome to visit, and we run workshops in person wherever we can.

- Choose an agency whose team works together in one place. Collaboration is faster and fewer things fall between people.
- Meet the team in person before you sign, and run the key workshops face to face.

Red flags
- The office is a registered address, and the team works elsewhere or is subcontracted.
- You never meet the people who will build your store before signing.
- No Shopify Partner listing, or a tier they cannot show you in Shopify's directory.
- No migration or SEO plan in writing before work starts.
- You will not own the code, or the theme is locked to the agency.
