Collaborator request code now required for partners to access your store (Dec 04)
Shopify is enhancing security and merchant control with this update. Collaborator request codes, which were optional, are now mandatory for all merchants.
This security layer ensures that only individuals with a unique code can request access to your store as collaborators — offering you peace of mind and enhanced control over your store's accessibility.

For merchants selling in multiple currencies with Shopify Payments it is now possible to collect deferred payments for local currency orders.

This update, available for stores with Checkouts upgraded to using Extensibility, mirrors the flexibility previously exclusive to domestic markets, now extended to international sales.
Key features include

- Remove items from an order and automatically restock them to your inventory.
- Adjust the quantity of an item within an order with ease.
- Automatically send invoices to customers when the order total increases due to changes.
This development streamlines the management of international orders, saving time and enhancing efficiency in your global operations.
