Shopify case studies for UK food and drink brands
Food and drink
We build and grow Shopify stores for food and drink brands that sell direct, on subscription and to trade.
Food and drink brands rarely sell one way. Most run a direct shop, a subscription and a trade or wholesale channel, and need all three to work together.
We moved Field & Flower from Magento to Shopify Plus and Recharge in three months, with a box builder and subscriber account area. For Minor Figures we built a custom Recharge account area that cut subscription churn by 15%. Kopparberg uses a B2B store we built to supply bars with point-of-sale kits, and Funkin Cocktails moved from Magento to Shopify Plus for both direct and trade sales.
What we do
Subscriptions, trade and direct sales on one platform.
We plan the store around how your customers buy: one-off orders, subscriptions, gifting and bulk. We set up Recharge for subscriptions and Shopify B2B or a separate trade store for wholesale, and connect the systems behind them, such as ERP and accounting.
Superco is a Recharge Elite partner. After launch we work on retention, subscription churn and order value, and we run GROW F&B, our event for food and drink founders, each October.

FAQs
Yes. We built a box builder and subscriber account area for Field & Flower, and a bundle builder for Naturaw.
Often, yes, using Shopify's B2B features. Sometimes a separate trade store works better, as with Kopparberg's store for bars. We recommend whichever suits how you sell.
We look at why people cancel, then change the experience: flexible delivery dates, easy swaps and better options at the point of cancelling. Minor Figures' custom account area cut churn by 15%.
